In life we try not to judge a book by it's cover, yet many times the cover is revealing exactly what's inside the book.. If a person tells you things about them that are questionable LISTEN to them because it's probably TRUE.. If you SEE a consistent behavior in a person it's probably TRUE..
As we age we are pretty much 70% of who we will be and 30% of what we are trying to be.. So avoid trying to CHANGE or THINK differently about someone. If they are constantly giving you reasons to believe that they are all the NEGATIVE things they say they are, take them at their word.. Because guess what, it's probably TRUE ...
